Dr. Mathieu is a board-certified pediatrician who has been practicing pediatrics in Richardson since 1981. His son, “Dr. Reese” is also a board-certified pediatrician who joined the practice in July 2018. We offer quality service with a special emphasis on providing a caring, friendly office environment. We work to stay current with the pediatric literature and new developments in pediatrics.

Dr. Reese Mathieu
Dr. Reese Mathieu III has been practicing pediatrics in Richardson since 1981. He completed his Pediatric Residency at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas after attending UT Southwestern Medical School. He is a active member of several prominent groups including American Academy of Pediatrics and Pediatric Society of Greater Dallas. Dr. Mathieu has been awarded Texas Super Doctors multiple years during his profession. He has been married to Martha Mathieu since 1974. They share 3 children together - two daughters and a son. Outside of work he enjoys skiing, reading, music and singing in his church choir.
Dr. Reese Mathieu
Dr. Reese Mathieu IV joined his father’s practice in July 2018. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas with a B.A., followed by UT Southwestern Medical School. He completed his Pediatric Residency at Children’s Health Medical Center in Dallas. During his Residency, he was also named Chief Resident of Children’s Health/UT Southwestern in 2018. He is an active member of Texas Medical Association and Dallas County Medical Society. He has been married to Alli Mathieu since 2013 and they share one child together. Outside of work he enjoys Golf, Swimming and Texas Longhorn Football.
